
Lately my stomach hurts all the time and I am feeling miserable and bloated, the heat doesn’t help much either so I asked a friend and she gave me a yummy recipe for some detox water, so of course I decided I should share with you guys 🙂

Ingredients
- Water
- 1 slice grapefruit
- 1 tangerine
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 2 peppermint leaves
Instructions
- Just add everything to a pitcher, drink 8 oz before every meal at least 3 times a day.
- The longer it sits the better it’ll taste.
I found all the ingredients at Whole Foods, and instead of a pitcher I used the glass bottles I got with flavored lemonade also from Whole Foods, by the way……………so delish! and they are on sale this week 5 for $5!
