Visitors should check out the action on the River Walk as canoe teams compete in timed heats.

8/4 – 8/5: Dog Days of Summer at the Botanical Gardens
All are invited to bring four-legged friends and explore the San Antonio Botanical Gardens.

8/18 -8/25: Restaurant Week
One of San Antonio’s greatest attractions is its culinary scene, and August delivers a celebration of the city’s most exciting and diverse restaurants with Culinaria: Restaurant Week. Participating establishments are cooking up something incredibly delicious, offering delectable fare with specially priced menus.
