Energy Awareness with ENERGY STAR® and Best Buy

Oh my! This year is just flowing by! Did you know October is Energy Awareness Month?

Everyone knows I am super frugal, I am always looking for a way to save money without sacrificing nice, good things. We are also pretty green, or at least we try to be. Now that we are building we have put a lot more thought on our appliance purchases and just adding things that would not only saves money and energy but also help the environment.

One of the first steps you can take to start saving money and life more green is to purchase an ENERGY STAR® certified appliances. We already have a TV, computer, refrigerator and dishwasher and this year we’re planning on getting another ENERGY STAR certified appliance to help lower our bills even more. Every little helps!
