A couple weeks ago I told you about Berry Cool Frozen Yogurt and the Pumpkin Contest and free Face Painting event they had for Halloween HERE. I had the chance to go give them a try this weekend and I loved it, and so did my family!
They have a ton of flavors ranging from the basic: plain, chocolate, vanilla. To seasonal: orange (which was a hit with both my husband and son!), pumpkin spice, dulce de leche (my fave!) and a ton more! Even Girl Scout Mint Chocolate Cookies! how’s that for tasty yogurt! They offer sugar-free, dairy-free, fat-free and obviously regular frozen yogurt which makes it great for the whole family!
They have the coolest digital frames with the Nutritional Facts, we’ve been to a lot of frozen yogurt places and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this! It’s awesome!
You can also ask to try some of the flavors before you choose what you’ll like, they give you this tiny cups with a “shot” of yogurt 😛 In my opinion they are ver reasonably priced at only $0.43 an ounce, and trust me it goes a long way…We all got some for under $11.
There is a nice selection of cereal, fruit, nut and candy toppings. Some are even fat free, and you add them yourself so decide your own serving size.
I have some history with real yogurt, my mom used to make it on our kitchen counter when I was growing up. I definitely recognize that sour taste in the Plain flavor, I think it’s a bit of an acquired taste, but if you like real yogurt you’ll love it, I did!
My kids really enjoyed playing in the little kids section, and it made it easier to choose what we wanted to get, it is really close so you can keep an eye on them while you pick your flavors and toppings.
They have a music area where you can plug in our phone and listen to music. They also have a touch screen computer where you can check out some of their stuff. And last but not least they offer free Wi-fi!
Berry Cool Frozen Yogurt is located in Cedar Park at 2800 E.Whitestone Blvd, it was bright and clean, with awesome art on the walls and the staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. (thank you Kevin!) And sure you go check them out, and come back and tell us what you think!
