From November 1st until November 3rd, Groupon is helping Austin-based nonprofit Little Helping Hands raise money for its Kids Cooking for Charity program. Little Helping Hands organizes family-friendly volunteer opportunities for children as young as two and assembled and served over 3,000 meals to those in need in 2010 alone.

Donations start at only $10, and HEB will be matching gifts 1:1, up to $600. Funds raised will go towards two Kids Cooking for Charity activities on Family Volunteer Day on November 19th.

With the economy struggling, charities are experiencing increased demand for services. Little Helping Hands is not only providing a great hands-on activity to empower children to make their community a better place, but also adding value to these agencies.
